1. Acceptance

2. Services
Figmanity provides digital design, UX/UI, web development, and related consulting. We may decline work that is unlawful, unsafe, or misaligned with our capacity.
3. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide timely feedback, accurate information, and materials needed for delivery. Delays on your side may shift timelines.
4. Fees and payment
Payment terms are set per project. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due on the dates stated in your proposal. Late payments may pause work until resolved.
5. Intellectual property
Upon receipt of full payment for agreed deliverables, you receive the rights described in your contract. Third-party assets remain subject to their licenses. We may display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Figmanity is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to fees paid for that project in the twelve months preceding the claim, unless a signed contract states otherwise.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate per the termination clause in your agreement. You remain responsible for fees for work completed and costs incurred through the termination date.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update this page periodically. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms for website use. Signed project agreements are governed by their own terms.
